1. Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made from DBM Case ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

2. Ordering

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it in writing via WhatsApp and payment has been received or a payment arrangement has been agreed upon. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

For DBM Custom orders, confirmation of specifications (materials, sizing, fit) must be completed before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price agreed at the time of order confirmation is the final price for that order.

Payment methods and details will be communicated via WhatsApp. Full payment is generally required before dispatch. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.

4. Delivery

We ship within Malaysia and, where available, internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs are communicated at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the courier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind, sizing issues, or custom-built orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, DBM Case's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of DBM Case and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
